Shawn P. Harris has 21 years of experience in the information technology and telecom industry and has been directly involved with the installation and design of 9-1-1 solutions. Shawn is currently a member of the AT&T Public Safety Sales Engineering team working with customers across the country assisting them with premise-based and hosted NG 9-1-1 solutions. Shawn has experience in integration of ESInet, tier 3 technical support, and FCC compliance for public safety solutions.
